Pina Colada Mousse


1. Sprinkle gelatine over hot water and stir to dissolve.

2. Combine coconut milk powder and warm water, place in a mixing bowl with cream, condensed milk and rum and beat until thick.

3. Beat in gelatine, fold in pineapple and spoon into serving glasses.

4. Refrigerate until set.
