Pinchos Morunos (Pork Brochettes)


1. Mix all ingredients except for pork and lemons.

2. Arrange pork in a shallow dish and pour marinade over.

3. Marinate in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight, turning at least once.

4. Thread pork onto skewers, using 3 cubes per skewer.

5. Cook on a hot grill or use a grill pan about 8 minutes, turning once.

6. Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over the pinchos.
