1. Salt and pepper beef strips and cook in pan coated with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Remove from pan. *skip this step if using leftover cooked meat. 2. Add mushrooms and onions to pan and cook stirring occasionally until softened (5-6 minutes). Add garlic and cook an additional 30 seconds. 3. Add remaining ingredients and stir together until heated through. Allow the cornstarch to thicken the liquid to make a sauce. *Add additional soy sauce if desired. 4.
