1. Prepare all your ingredients. 2. In a frying pan heat oil and fry onion, garlic and whole spices until onion are soft. 3. Add now ground spices and stir for one more minute. 4. Add pineapple (or apples) and stir until well coated. 5. Add salt, coconut milk and sugar. 6. Cook uncovered 5 minutes or until soft. 7.
