1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. 2. Place in a 3-4 quart crockpot. 3. Top with onions and bell peppers and olives if using. 4. Add pasta sauce over all. 5. Cover crockpot and cook on low 4-5 hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked. 6. Sprinkle with cheese and let stand 5 minutes to melt cheese. 7.
