Pizza Di Spaghetti


1. In a large bowl combine eggs, milk, and Parmesan.

2. season with salt and pepper. Add the Spaghetti, mix well.

3. Heat a heavy 10 inch skillet over medium heat.

4. Add Oil and bring to heat.

5. Add the Spaghetti/egg mixture and spread evenly.

6. Cook'til golden brown, about 8-9 minutes.

7. Place a plate inverted on the top and turn pan over.

8. Add a bit of oil to the pan, bring back to heat.

9. Slide the pasta back into the pan.

10. Brown the other side, 6-7 minutes.

11. Turn out onto a serving platter.

12. Cut into wedges and serve warm garnished with freshly grated Parmesan.
