Plaisir De Beurre

1. Mix the egg and sugar in a bowl, stirring well with a whisk.

2. Begin melting the butter, preferably in a small pan for about a minute and a half.

3. Add flour and baking powder to the bowl from step 1 and mix them together.

4. Add melted butter to the bowl and mix.

5. Spray cookie pan with PAM.

6. Pour cookie dough onto pan.

7. Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated at 340 degrees Fahrenheit.

8. After 20 minutes, take the cookies out and allow them to cool.
