Plum Clafouti Sans Dough


1. Marinate the plums in lemon juice for 10 minutes.

2. In a nonstick frying pan, heat the butter and add the plums.

3. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar evenly over the plums.

4. Cook on low, until al dente.

5. Serve at room temperature (preferably with a scoop of ice cream).
