1. Set oven at 350 degrees F. 2. Wash and drain mushrooms, remove stems, and reserve caps. 3. Chop stems to make 1 cup. 4. Cook chopped stems and green onion in butter until tender. 5. Stir in flour, savory and 1/8-teaspoon pepper. 6. Add wine and 2 tablespoons water. 7. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. 8. Stir in ham and cheese. 9. Fill caps and place on 16 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. 10. Top with breadcrumbs and bake 15 to 20 minutes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
