1. 1. Melt butter in large pot over a stove. Sauté celery and onions. Add chicken broth and time to the mix. 2. 2. Chop cabbage, potatoes, sausage and carrots and add them as well. Cover with adequate amount of water and simmer until potatoes are tender. Stir often. 3. 3.
