Polish Kielbasa And Rice


1. slice the kielbasa into 1/2 inch pieces.

2. fry in a pan over medium heat until brown on both sides.

3. add rice and olive oil and stir for 1 minute.

4. add chicken broth, salt and pepper.

5. turn heat to high and bring to a boil.

6. boil for 1 minute then reduce heat to simmer.

7. cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes (NO PEEKING FOR PERFECT RICE!).

8. Enjoy!
