1. Shred cabbage medium fine; set aside. 2. Heat margarine in skillet; saute garlic. 3. Add cabbage and water. 4. Cover tightly, bring to a boil. 5. Reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes. 6. Combine sour cream with vinegar, sugar, salt and egg; blend thoroughly. 7.
