1. combine the herbs with 2 tblsp of olive oil and lemon juice.

2. pour over chicken, coating the pieces completely.

3. marinate for at least two hours.

4. drain, reserving the marinade.

5. brown the chicken in a pot with the rest of the olive oil.

6. filter the marinade.

7. when the chicken is browned, sprinkle the wine over it and keep cooking.

8. when the wine is evaporated, add the filtered marinade.

9. continue cooking, adding the broth a few tablespoons at a time.
