1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and dredge with flour. 2. Heat the oil in a large skillet. 3. Add the chicken and fry until golden brown on all sides. 4. Add the ham and saute for another 2 minutes. 5. Add the wine and sage. 6.
