1. Chop mushrooms, mince the garlic start heat all of chicken broth in a pot on medium (7/10) heat. Begin melting butter in a large pan. 2. Add mushrooms to your buttery pan and once they are nearly cooked add garlic. 3. Once you can really smell the garlic add in the arborio rice and one ladel of heated chicken broth. Stir continuously. 4. When the broth has been absorbed continue to add one cup at a time not rushing it. Stir continuously. 5.
