1. Brown ground chuck over medium heat with 2 cups of water and 2 bullion cubes. 2. Add remaining water, bullion, and cream of mushroom soup. 3. Stir until smooth and bring to boil. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste. 4. once boiling, add noodles and cook 10 minutes on medium heat. 5. Add sour cream, stirring to mix well.
