1. In a mixer bowl, beat eggs; add sugar and oil. 2. Beat well. 3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt. 4. Add flour mixture to egg mixture alternately with evaporated milk. 5. Mix in poppy seeds. 6. Pour batter into a greased angel food cake pan. 7.
