1. Heat the oil in a deep skillet or wok. 2. saute the onion and celery 5 minutes. 3. Mix in the pork, soy sauce and sprouts. 4. cook 2 minutes. 5. Mix the cornstarch with the broth. 6. add to the skillet, stirring steadily to the boiling point. 7. cook 3 minutes more. 8.
