1. Heat oil in large skillet. 2. Saute garlic, onions and pork until browned. 3. Add soy sauce, patis, water and bay leaf. 4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until pork is tender, about 5-7 minutes. 5. Add tomato paste, peas and pimientos. 6. Simmer for another 5 more minutes. 7.
