Pork Ragout With Gnocchi


1. Saute vegetables in oil until browned.

2. Add meat and brown well.

3. Pour in red wine and add tomatoes, sugar and bay leaf.

4. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.

5. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Mix gnocchi with ricotta and pour sauce over.
