1. Combine honey, Dijon Mustard, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, orange juice, olive oil and garlic in a resealable bag. Add tenderloin pieces and let sit for 30 minutes. 2. Alternately thread tenderloin pieces and figs onto skewers.
