1. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika and allspice. 2. Coat rounds of tenderloin. 3. Heat oil in a heavy skillet and brown pork well. 4. Add stock, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. 5. Combine remaining ingredients in a small pan. 6. Heat, but do not boil. 7. Serve drained pork over white, or, better yet, wild rice. 8. Pour sauce over all and serve. 9.
