1. Mix sliced pork with soy sauce, sherry, sesame oil and corn starch. 2. Heat 4 Tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot. 3. Stir-fry meat mixture for 4 minutes; remove from pan; set aside. 4. Heat 2 more Tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot. 5. Stir-fry pea pods for 2 minutes. 6. Add salt and meat mixture; stir-fry 1 minute more. 7.
