1. Add 1 tsp oil to skillet and sautee peppers and onions. 2. After the onion and pepper are cooked until they are slightly soft, add the mushrooms. 3. Once the mushrooms are cooked add 1/3 cup of water and fajita seasoning to skillet. 4. Slice mushrooms Warm the tortillas and line with lettuce. 5. Add mixture to each tortilla and roll up. 6.
