Portuguese Piri Piri Chicken Livers


1. Saute the chopped onion and crushed garlic in olive oil in a large pan.

2. Add all ingredients except the wine & chicken livers.

3. Add Chicken livers and fry over medium heat until browned.

4. Add the white wine and simmer on gentle heat until done.

5. Serve with rice or bread.
