Potato And Salmon Grill (Easy And Healthy)


1. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes until almost tender, but not breaking up.

2. Tip in the frozen peas and simmer for another 2 minutes.

3. Drain well, then tip into a mixing bowl.

4. Turn the grill / broiler to High.

5. Drain the salmon and flake into chunks, then gently toss with the potatoes and peas.

6. Season and spoon into a flameproof dish.

7. Add spoonfuls of creme fraiche on top, roughly spread it all over and scatter with the grated cheese.

8. Grill / broil for a few minutes until bubbling and golden.

9. Serve with a green salad or mixed veg.
