1. Combine the first 7 ingredients and blend thoroughly. 2. Form into 20 golf size balls. 3. Place seasoned flour in one bowl. 4. Beat 2 eggs with cream and place second bowl. 5. Place bread crumbs in third bowl. 6. Dip each croquette in the flour then egg and then roll in the crumbs. 7. Deep fry in oil until golden brown. 8.
