Potato Wedges


1. turn oven to 190 degrees.

2. wash potatoes.

3. dry potatoes well.

4. don't peel them.

5. cut each potato into 4 wedges.

6. spread enough oil to cover base of baking dish.

7. put wedges in one layer in dish.

8. bake 30 minutes

9. then turn wedges over, sprinkle with salt and bake 20 minutes more.

10. mix sour cream and cheese.

11. serve with wedges on a platter or in a bowl.
