1. Heat butter in a large skillet or Dutch oven. 2. Brown turkey on all sides, about 20 minutes. Remove. 3. Place a rack in Dutch oven. 4. Place turkey on rack. 5. Add broth, celery, onion, garlic salt, red peppers, vinegar and allspice. 6. Cover and simmer for 2-2 1/2 hours, or until turkey is tender. 7. Add olives and green pepper and simmer for 10 minutes more. 8. Remove turkey and place on serving platter. 9. Combine cornstarch and water and mix well. 10. Add to liquid in pan and heat until slightly thickened. 11. Serve over turkey. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
