1. heat olive oil in medium skillet. Add prawns and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the prawns in a bowl. 2. Add coconut oil, onion and garlic, then cook until softened. Add turmeric, pepper, salt, cinnamon,cloves, bay leaf, cardamom and coconut shreds. Cook for 5 minutes. 3. Pour over coconut milk and water.
