1. In oil roast the sliced onions, dry coconut and garlic cloves. Cool and make a paste. Keep aside. 2. In oil fry chopped onions till soft , add the prawns a keep stirring for few minutes. 3. Add water ,Tumeric powder, Red Chilly Powder and Garam Masala. 4. Keep cooking till the prawns are nearly cooked. 5. Add the coconut paste , salt and mix well. 6. Keeping mixing and cooking till the masala covers the prawns. 7.
