Pressure Cooker Italian Pasta


1. Brown first 4 ingredients. Drain. Put in bottom of pressure cooker.

2. Sprinkle with half the Italian seasoning.

3. Put the dry noodles on top. DO NOT STIR.

4. Pour beef broth over the top of the hamburger mixture. I use the beef base and add hot water to make my broth, but you could also use the canned broth.

5. Pour the tomato sauce over everything. Sprinkle with the remaining Italian seasoning. DO NOT STIR.

6. Put the lid on. Program your pressure cooker on high for 6 minutes (or half the time the package of noodles says you should cook them).

7. When the time is up, turn off your cooker and wait 2 more minutes. Then release any remaining pressure.

8. Add cheese, stir, and enjoy.
