Pwdin Watcyn Wynne (Welsh Watkin Wine Pudding)

1. Mix the dry ingredients.

2. Beat the egg and add to the milk.

3. Combine the milk mix with the dry ingredients.

4. Cover and boil for 3 hours.

5. Serve with Madeira Sauce poured over the pudding. (Iced Madeira Sauce recipe #137493 reccomended.).
