1. Cut stew beef meat into small pieces and brown in a large pot (or ground beef). 2. Add tomato sauce and then use tomato sauce can to fill 4 cans full of water and add to pot to cover beef. 3. Cook slowly at least 1 hour. 4. Add Veg-all, succotash, tomato soup and potatoes. 5. Using tomato sauce or tomato soup can, fill can with water 4 times and add to pot. 6. Add parsley, beef boullion cubes, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt and bayleaf. 7. Although not listed in ingredients, I also like to add 1 tablespoon of Paula Deen's House Seasoning Mix (Recipe# 57340). 8. Simmer 30 minutes. 9. Remove bayleaf. 10.
