1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan. 2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. 3. Add the carrots and celery, stir and cook for 5 minutes. 4. Add tomato paste, water, stock cubes, pasta, beans, oregano and pepper. 5. Cover and cook over a low heat, stirring occasionally for 30-40 minutes. 6.
