1. Cook bacon in microwave until crisp. (I've used pre-cooked & packaged bacon in a pinch). 2. Cook broccoli in microwave until crisp tender, 8-10 minutes. Drain. 3. In a large bowl, toss drained broccoli, carrot & onion. 4. In a glass bowl or measuring cup, combine vinegar, sugar & oil. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes then pour over vegetable mixture. Toss to coat. 5. Add salt & pepper to taste. 6. Serve arm or chilled (I prefer warm.). 7.
