1. Heat oven to 400°. 2. Cook ground meat and 1/2 of the onion in 10-inch skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in barbecue sauce. 3. Spoon into ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. 4. Stir baking mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour over beef mix. 5. Sprinkle with remaining onion. 6.
