Quick Chinese Noodles


1. Heat oil in skillet or wok.

2. Add garlic, scallions, ginger, and stir-fry 1 minute.

3. Add pork, stir-fry 2 minutes.

4. Add chili bean paste, soy sauce, rice wine, hoisin sauce, salt, and sugar.

5. Cook 5 minutes.

6. Prepare pasta in boiling water and serve with meat sauce.
