1. Brown beef and onion; drain. 2. Mix together browned beef and onion, tomatoes, broth, vegetables and seasonings in a Dutch oven or soup kettle. 3. Bring to a boil; add noodles. 4. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until noodles are done. 5.
