1. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. 2. Sprinkle chicken tenders on all sides with Italian seasoning; add to skillet. 3. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring constantly, until chicken is browned and no longer pink in center. 4. Stir in tomatoes and water. 5. Heat to boiling. 6. Stir in Rice. 7. Cover; remove from heat. 8.
