Quick Italian Meatball Soup


1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and fry until soft.

2. Add the canned tomatoes and beef broth and bring to a boil.

3. Add the italian seasoning, meatballs and pasta. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until the pasta is cooked.

4. Add the frozen vegetables and baking soda. Cook until vegetables are hot.

5. Remove from heat and stir in the cream.

6. Ladle into bowls and top with lots of parmesan cheese.
