1. In a large iron skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, and cook for 5-6 minutes or until veggies are soft. 2. Let cool and then combine all ingredients except sauce and roll into 2 inch balls. Brown in same hot skillet until cooked on all sides. Transfer to simmering marinara sauce and gently cook for 2 hours.
