1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Roll out one can of crescent rolls in bottom of greased 13x9 inch pan. 3. Mix soft cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. 4. Spread onto crescent rolls, then add pineapple or lemon juice. 5. Top with second can of crescent rolls. 6. Brush with egg white. 7.
