1. Important for best flavor that the dressing sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour but preferably three hours or longer. 2. Combine the dressing ingredients in a non-reactive bowl and whisk. 3. Thin to desired consistency with half and half or similar. I think I added about two tablespoons of half and half. 4.
