1. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in each of 2 skillets over medium-high heat. 2. Add mushrooms to 1 skillet, peppers and onions to the other. 3. Cook 6 minutes, turning mushrooms and stirring pepper mixture occasionally, until firm-tender. 4. Add balsamic vinegar to mushrooms the last 2 minutes of cooking, if using. 5. Remove mushrooms to cutting board. 6. Stir seasoning and 1/3 cup water into pepper mixture. 7. Cook 1 minute until saucy. 8. Slice mushrooms. 9.
