Quinoa Pilaf (Chile)


1. Rince quinoa, saute onion in oil until softened. Add garlic and cumin. Saute 5 minutes.

2. Add quinoa, broth, saffron, red pepper, bay leaf, salt and pepper boil, reduce heat, cover & simmer 15 minutes.

3. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in cilantro.
