Rainbow Swiss Chard Appetizer


1. Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Add shallots and sauté 2 minutes.

2. Add herbs and chopped chard stems. Sauté until chard is tender.

3. Transfer to bowl and allow to cool, patting with paper towels to soak up excess butter.

4. Spread cream cheese on toasted bread or crackers. Top with chard.
