1. Remove seeds from the fresh pomegranate. 2. Refrigerate. 3. Mix the yogurt with the seeds in a bowl. 4. Add in almonds and mint leaves. 5. Mix well. 6. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 7. Add salt and pepper before serving. 8. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, mint leaves and almonds before serving. 9.
