1. Heat oil in skillet and add onion and garlic. 2. Cook until transparent about 5 minutes. 3. Add chopped chili. 4. Stir in cumin, coriander, tumeric, salt and garam marsala. 5. Cook for about 2 minutes. 6. Add ginger paste and tomato paste. 7. Add the kidney beans and lentils and spinach. 8. Cook for 2 minutes. 9. Pour in 3/4 cup water. 10.
