1. Mix the crust ingredients until they form a ball, trying to knead the dough as little as possible. 2. Refrigerate for an hour. 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 4. Roll out to 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch thick. 5. Fit into a 9 inch pie plate. 6. Cut whatever dough hangs from the sides. 7. Spread jam over the bottom. 8. Re-roll and cut remaining crust and cut out decorative shapes and strips to form a lattice. 9. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. 10. Garnish with sifted confectioners' sugar. 11.
